In 1686, John, then living in Boston, received by deed 20 acres of land in Harwich. He removed to Harwich before 1689. On 2/12/1716/17John and Deborah created a life trust turning over all their property in Harwich and Eastham to their son-in-law Nathaniel Gould, husband of their daughter Grace.
